You Bet Your (Texas) LongHorns We’ve Got Prime Rib!

Does Texas LongHorn have prime rib We recently got an email from one of our readers asking us if we had any information on our menu about the quality and grade of the beef we use?

The answer to that question is yes! We use USDA Choice beef in all of our cuts, and it makes the difference between a good steak and an unforgettable steak.

That said, not every cut of beef works well in every dish, so we’ve made this short guide to the different grades of beef and how they work best in various dishes at Texas LongHorn Steakhouse. Check it out below!

There are 4 Ways to Get Prime

You can find prime rib at Texas LongHorn Steakhouse every day of the week in three ways: dinner entrees, lunch entrees, and our A la Carte menu. But that’s not all, because there’s an additional way to enjoy prime rib on Friday nights:

Fridays are for French Dip sandwiches with some savory prime rib piled on top. Grab a friend and enjoy your choice of a crisp draft beer and juicy prime rib on Friday nights at Texas LongHorn Steakhouse. Just another way we make it easy to indulge. How do you like yours?

Why The Unlimited Salad Bar Makes All This Happen

Salad bars are always a hit, and Texas LongHorn is no exception. When you sit down to dine with us, you’ll have access to an all-you-can-eat salad bar, where we allow our guests to create their own Texan-sized salads with a combination of lettuce, veggies, and toppings.

By doing so, we help make sure our guests never go hungry—and they get to savor all of those complex flavors from each ingredient that can only come about when everything’s in its proper place. Because fresh greens and ripe tomatoes pair best with steak.
